Terms of Service
The descent includes:
- dressing
- dry briefing on technique and safety
- descent of about 2 hours
- return to our base by mini-bus
- hot shower.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Canyoning as an outdoor activity must be tackled in a state of total lucidity, therefore it will not be possible to descend after drinking alcohol or
narcotics.
-All the activities proposed by our center are carried out even in case of rain.
(in the event that these may affect the safety conditions in any way, our TEAM will contact you personally to establish a new date or the
refund of the deposit paid)
-Please note that payments will be accepted by: PayPal, bank transfer, checks and cash.
(will therefore NOT make payments by credit cards and debit cards)

Cancellation terms
- Groups up to 10 participants:
An activity can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 10 days before the activity, by which time the number of participants must be communicated. Small changes in the number of participants (less than 20%) can be communicated up to 3 days before the event without penalty. After this date, the deposit for absent persons will be retained as compensation.
Groups over 10 participants:
An activity can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 15 days before the activity, by which time the number of participants must be communicated. Small changes in the number of participants (less than 10%) can be communicated up to 3 days before the event without penalty. After this date, the deposit for absent persons will be retained as compensation.
